By submitting the details of a candidate on the Talent Analytix website you accept these terms and conditions.
- Excludes Talent Analytix employees, family members of a Talent Analytix employee;
- Referred candidates/clients must not be currently registered with Talent Analytix;
- Your referred candidate must be placed within 6 months since the registration date;
- If we place candidates with your referred client/ hiring manager, you will be eligible for the reward for a period of 12 months from the date the first placed candidate starts work;
- We can only accept referrals for people who have valid working eligibility;
- If your referred candidate is placed in a Talent Analytix role, you will be eligible for your gift after your referred candidate passes the probation period in a permanent role or after he/she completes 60 days of contract work;
- There is no cap on the number of referrals that a person can make;
- The information gathered will only be used for the purpose of this scheme;
- Once your referred candidate completes their qualifying period, please contact us to claim your reward;
- Talent Analytix will take all reasonable steps to supply the reward within 28 days of an eligible claim that has been submitted;
- Talent Analytix will pay the reward as a gross payment. The recipient consents having full tax liability and responsibility to pay the taxes carried by the reward;
- Talent Analytix reserves the right to terminate this Referral Scheme at any time or amend these Terms and Conditions;
- The decision of Talent Analytix is final in all matters enclosed in this Referral Scheme.
